Head of Secretariat

Job Code:      HOS/JAN20  


  • Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB) with Legal Education Certificate (LEC) or equivalent from a recognised institution.
  • Admission to practice Law in T&T.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years’ experience as a practicing Attorney-at-Law. 
  • A minimum of three (3) years performing similar functions at a management level, preferably in a state agency. 

Legal Counsel (2 Positions)

Job Code:    LEG/JAN20 

      

  • Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB) with   Legal Education Certificate (LEC) or equivalent from a recognised institution.
  • Admission to practice Law in T&T.
  • A minimum of seven (7) years’ experience as a practicing Attorney-at-Law.
  • A minimum of five (5) years court experience. 

Paralegal

Job Code:      PARA/JAN20 

      

  • Associate Degree or equivalent paralegal certification from a recognised university or tertiary level institution.
  • Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB) from a recognised university or tertiary level institution would be an asset. 
  • A minimum of one (1) years’ experience working in a legal environment.
  • Any other equivalent combination of training and experience will be an asset. 

Complaints Officer (2 Positions)


Job Code:     COM/JAN20 

     

  •  First Degree in Business Administration, Social Science or a related field. 
  • Experience in customer complaints management is required.
  • Experience with report writing. 

Temporary Administrative Assistant 6 months (2 Positions)

Job Code:       ADMA/JAN20  

        

  • Diploma in Business Administration,   CAT Level III or related field.
  • First Degree from a recognised university or   tertiary level institution would be an asset.
  •   Three (3) years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • A minimum one (1) years’ experience in an Accounting and/or Procurement role will be an asset.

All positions are based in Port of Spain and offered as two (2) year contracts in the first instance.
